Purchasing Advance Tickets
Tickets for all Crest Theatre shows are available through the through Eventbrite at www.Eventbrite.com .
The Crest Box Office is open Tuesday – Friday 12 PM until 4 PM. Tickets can be purchased during this time. If there is nobody in the box office, you can ring the doorbell and someone will come out to process your tickets.
Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Crest box office on show nights. The Crest box office opens approximately 60 minutes prior to each live event and half an hour before movies. At the box office, you can purchase tickets to any Crest show that is on sale at the time.
On-sale dates vary from one show to another but our shows usually go on-sale on Fridays at 10 am. The best way to receive advance notice of upcoming shows is to join our mailing list.
Please note that the Crest is generally an all-ages venue, but some events do have age restrictions.
Purchasing Day of Show Tickets
If there are still tickets available to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office. Some shows sell very quickly and do not always have tickets available on the day of the show, so we suggest you buy tickets ahead of time.
The box office accepts cash, Visa, and Mastercard. Checks are not accepted. Please remember to check your tickets before leaving the window as all sales are final — tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Will Call
The Will Call window opens approximately 60 minutes prior to each show at the Crest. Be sure to bring a photo ID, the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets, and your Eventbrite order number as any or all of these may be required for ticket pick up.
Refunds
All tickets are purchased on a no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations basis and are only usable for the day, date, and time selected at the time of purchase.
* Be wary of buying tickets from any third party website. The Crest has no way of validating or replacing tickets that have been purchased through any website other than www.Eventbrite.com. We cannot seat or refund you for an invalidated ticket.
