Béla Mavrák, STAR tenor of Andre Rieu invites you on a magical journey from the Divine East to the Majestic West, on June 10th!

The Hungarian Connection Gala series was founded by Alexandra Lengyel in 2014. She was inspired by the rich diversity of cultural heritage in California.

On June 10. the state of the art gala concert will feature Sacramento's own Camellia Symphony Orchestra, conducted by maestro Christian Baldini. We will welcome again 12 year old local violin prodigy XiaoXiao Lee. Introducing Hungarian harpist, Bettina Toth,whose extraordinary achievement and talent has been endorsed by one of the greatest idols of opera, maestro Placido Domingo.

Talented classical as well as ethnic dancers shall enchant the eyes of the audience. Former member of Sacramento Ballet, principal dancer of Richmond Ballet, Máté Szentes shall return, performing virtuoso variations. He will also partner emerging young ballerinas of Elk Grove and the Bay area, introducing us into the realm of Europe's classical ballet heritage, the majestic "King of arts and art of kings".

Yeng Hua Hmong dancers, and Aradhana Arts Classical Indian Dance Ensemble shall reveal some of the secrets of the great ancient civilizations of the Divine East.

The gala is endorsed by the General Consulate of Hungary in Los Angeles, and by Nicholas Bartsch, honorary consul of Hungary in Sacramento.

Title sponsor and co-founder is Mr Tamás Jackovics,recipient of the Knight Cross of the Hungarian Merit of Order.
